Over the course of this event, we’ll dive into the diverse and unpredictable challenges that define our field. Acute Care Surgery demands quick, adaptable decision-making, with each patient bringing unique complexities and unexpected needs. From traumatic injuries to sudden surgical emergencies, our work is defined by variability, requiring a dynamic, interdisciplinary approach. In the sessions and hand-on workshops ahead, we’ll explore new strategies, share insights, and discuss the latest advancements to enhance our ability to respond to this ever-changing patient landscape. Thank you for joining us - let’s embrace the diversity of our practice together!
You have the opportunity to submit your scientific abstract or video - published or unpublished - in the field of trauma care, resuscitation, and non-trauma emergency general surgery to the annual STACS Days. An international review board will select five abstracts to be presented in plenary Session 4, March 14, 2025. An award of CHF 1000.- will be granted for the best scientific abstract by SwissACS.
As every year, we would like to encourage you to attend our Eat, Meet, and Greet event, March 13, 2025, 18:00-23:00.
We are looking forward to see you at the 14th STACS Days!
