Swissnoso launched this module in 2015. The most important goal of this intervention is to achieve adherence of at least 90% with three elementary infection prevention measures: hair removal, preoperative skin disinfection and antibiotic prophylaxis. Strict adherence to the existing measures should reduce the wound infection rate by at least 10% within two years.
